Cookie policy
Which tools the website uses, why, and how to choose. Statistics are optional and activate only after you consent.
1. Controller and contacts
SOCIETA' AGRICOLA DELLA FAMIGLIA MINUNNNI FRANCESCO E FIGLI S.S.
v.a.Lippolis 16/a, Conversano (BA)
VAT number: 07007420727
For information, email info@masseriaterraterra.it. This page supplements our privacy policy, which also covers enquiries, bookings, hosting and your rights.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. LocalStorage is local browser storage that is not automatically sent to the server: we use it to remember your preferences. Consent rules also apply to technologies similar to cookies.
The consent preference is strictly necessary to respect your choice under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and does not require further consent. The legal basis for statistics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Your language is part of the URL: we do not use a cookie to remember it.
3. Tools and duration
These are the tools configured by the website. Google cookies are stored on the domain you visit only when statistics are enabled and authorised.
Your browser settings may reduce the actual duration. No advertising cookies or remarketing pixels are configured. Fonts and images are hosted by the website; any strictly technical hosting tools are governed by the provider’s terms described in the privacy policy.
4. Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure page visits and improve the website. Google may receive pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, pages visited, timestamps and technical information about your device, browser and language. Your IP address is needed to communicate with the service; Google states it does not log or store IP addresses in GA4. These data are not described as anonymous.
The integration sends page views without URL queries, fragments or external referring addresses. We do not send contact form fields, booking search parameters, names, email addresses or secret codes. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalisation or cross-domain tracking of the external booking journey. Google’s data retention depends on the Analytics property settings and is separate from cookie duration: you can ask the controller for details. See Google’s privacy policy and its explanation of data use on partner sites.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes applicable safeguards, including the Data Privacy Framework for covered processing and standard contractual clauses, on its international transfers page. You can ask the controller for information about applicable safeguards and a copy.
5. Bookings, maps and enquiries
Availability searches open the TeamSystem Hospitality booking engine only after your action, sending the parameters needed for the search. That service has its own privacy notice and cookie preferences: your choice on this website is not consent for the booking engine. Google Maps is an external link, not an embedded map.
The contact form prepares a draft in your email app: its data are not sent to a website server or saved in cookies or localStorage. No payment tools, newsletters, embedded videos or social pixels are integrated. External services apply their own privacy notices when you open them.
6. Choosing and withdrawing
“Accept” enables statistics; “Reject” keeps only necessary tools active; “Customize” lets you choose and save. Statistics are off initially. Closing the panel without saving keeps your previous choice; without a choice, statistics stay off. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. Before consent and after rejection, we do not load Analytics or send measurement pings to Google.
Reopen preferences in the footer or on this page. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement, removes accessible Analytics cookies on this domain and reloads the page to deactivate an already loaded service; it does not affect earlier processing. Acceptance and rejection are valid for 180 days in this browser and domain, unless the notice changes materially. You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, which causes a new request. If local storage is blocked, the choice lasts only for the open page and may be requested again.
Cookie preferences7. Rights and updates
You can exercise your GDPR rights by emailing info@masseriaterraterra.it and complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority. Our privacy policy describes these rights and how to exercise them.
We update this page when tools or processing change. The version date is shown at the start of the page. A material change of purposes requires a new choice before optional tools are activated.
