Privacy policy
How your data are handled when you visit the website, contact us or look for a stay. Notice under Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Controller and contacts
The data controller, operating Masseria Terra Terra, is:
- Legal name
- SOCIETA' AGRICOLA DELLA FAMIGLIA MINUNNNI FRANCESCO E FIGLI S.S.
- Registered address
- v.a.Lippolis 16/a, Conversano (BA)
- VAT number
- 07007420727
- Telephone
- +39 3522511606
You can use these contact details for questions about the processing of your data or to exercise the rights described in this notice.
3. Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email, subject and message. “Prepare email” creates a draft on your device: the fields are not sent to a website server or saved in a database, cookies or persistent browser storage. The property receives the enquiry only if you choose to send it from your email app, which follows your email service’s terms and privacy notice.
When you email or call us, we use the information provided to reply and handle the enquiry. For enquiries about a possible stay or service, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other correspondence, it is the legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). Any statutory obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c).
Providing data is voluntary. Required fields are needed to prepare a complete enquiry; without contact details and a message, we may be unable to respond. The form does not require identity documents, payment details or health information.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted when no longer necessary, subject to legal duties or specific needs to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If an enquiry leads to a stay, the duties and notices applicable to bookings and guest reception also apply.
4. Availability and bookings
The booking page lets you select dates, accommodation units, adults, children and their ages, and an optional secret code. These parameters may appear in the URL and your browser history. The secret code is for a promotional code, not names, email addresses or personal documents.
Selecting “Find availability” sends these parameters in the URL to the external TeamSystem Hospitality service at hospitality-guest.teamsystem.cloud. Any guest identification or payment information needed to complete a booking is entered in that service, not in this website’s search form. Consult the privacy notice, terms and cookie preferences available in the booking service before proceeding.
The property handles stay requests for precontractual or contractual purposes under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Duties connected with an actual stay are described in the notices applicable to booking and guest reception.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data needed to handle enquiries may be processed by the controller and people authorised to respond. Providers assisting the property act within their functions and applicable agreements and, where required, are appointed as data processors. Data may also be disclosed to authorities or other recipients where required by law.
Technical services include Vercel for website hosting and Microsoft infrastructure for receiving mail for the domain. Provider information is available in the Vercel privacy notice and Microsoft privacy statement. The TeamSystem service is involved when you open an availability search or booking. Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics only if you consent to statistics, as described in the cookie policy.
Vercel, Microsoft and Google have infrastructure and companies outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Using technical services and, with consent, Analytics may therefore involve international transfers of data.
The privacy documents of Vercel and Microsoft describe the mechanisms used for transfers, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy arrangement for processing covered by it and the standard contractual clauses provided for by Article 46 GDPR. For information about recipients involved in your enquiry, the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy, contact the controller at info@masseriaterraterra.it.
7. Your rights
Where applicable under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, email info@masseriaterraterra.it. The controller responds within the GDPR time limits, normally one month; any extension permitted by law will be communicated with its reasons. Information needed to verify your identity may be requested.
You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in the country where you live, work or the alleged infringement occurred.
This website does not make automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning individuals or similarly significantly affect them.
8. Updates
This notice is updated when the services or processing arrangements change. The version date is shown on this page. This notice concerns the current property website; booking services and guest reception activities also have their own specific notices.
